Mercedes Servicing in West London
We carry out Mercedes-Benz manufacturer-schedule Service A and Service B in West London using genuine oils and parts, with every job recorded in your digital service book so warranty and resale value are fully protected.
A Mercedes-Benz is engineered to very specific tolerances. Servicing it to the right schedule, with the right oil specification and the right consumables, is what keeps engine, gearbox and electronics healthy for the long run. We service every modern Mercedes to the exact manufacturer schedule — and stamp your digital service book on Xentry the same way a main dealer does.
Service A vs Service B
Service A is typically carried out at 12 months or 15,500 miles and covers the core consumables: engine oil and filter, cabin filter, fluid check and reset. Service B is the longer service at 24 months or 31,000 miles and adds brake fluid, spark plugs (on petrol engines) and additional inspection points. Your car will tell you which is due via the Active Service System — or we can check it for you.
Genuine parts and the right oil
We use Mercedes-Benz approved MB-spec oils (229.51, 229.52, 229.71 depending on engine). The wrong viscosity or specification is the single most common cause of premature timing chain wear and DPF issues on modern Mercedes engines. We do not cut corners here.
Digital service history on Xentry
Every service is recorded directly in your digital service book on Mercedes Xentry. The stamp is visible to any Mercedes main dealer anywhere in the world, and it fully protects your warranty and residual value.
