An independent Mercedes-Benz specialist — not a general garage.

Mercedes Specialist London is an independent workshop in Hanwell, West London, dedicated exclusively to Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We exist to give Mercedes owners a genuine alternative to the main dealer — same level of diagnostics and parts, without the franchise markup.

What "independent Mercedes specialist" actually means

It is a term that gets overused. To us, it means three specific things:

• Mercedes-only workload. Every car in the workshop is a Mercedes — from an A-Class in for a service to a Sprinter in for an engine rebuild. That concentration is what keeps our technicians sharp.
• Genuine Mercedes diagnostic tooling. We use Xentry / Star — the same software the main dealer uses — for fault-finding, coding and online programming. Generic OBD2 scanners do not reveal what Xentry reveals.
• Genuine or OEM parts as a default. We fit Mercedes genuine parts or direct OEM equivalents. Where there is a cheaper pattern option, we will tell you about it — but we will recommend against it when it matters.

The workshop

We work from a dedicated West London workshop — a short drive from the A40, M4 and North Circular. The location is deliberate: it lets us serve Mercedes drivers across the whole of West London from Ealing, Acton and Chiswick through to Hillingdon, Richmond and Hammersmith, while still giving us the secure, dedicated space that engine, gearbox and airmatic work requires.

How we work with you

Every job starts the same way: we listen to your symptoms, inspect the vehicle, plug into Xentry, then come back to you with a fixed-price quote in plain English before we touch anything. No surprises, no "while we're in there" invoices. Servicing is recorded digitally on Mercedes Xentry so your service book stays in perfect order.

What we will not do

We will not fit cheap pattern parts on safety-critical systems. We will not recommend work you do not need. We will not hide behind jargon. If the right answer is that a repair is not economic, we will tell you that too.
